Initial Processing and Pre-Cleaning
Paddy is thoroughly cleaned and softened upon arrival to guarantee that only the best grains advance to the following phases. This method lays the groundwork for premium rice by combining tank and stream storage prior to any additional treatments.
Destoning
Paddy is sent through sophisticated destoning machinery to remove impurities. Any stones or undesired elements are success-fully removed in this important stage., further re ning the rice to ensure it’s clean and pure.


Dehusking
The outer husk of the paddy is meticulously removed using sophisticat- ed husker machines during the dehusking stage. The brown rice that is produced as a result will go to the following stage of processing.
The separation of paddy
This step involves separating the husked paddy from any leftover debris, so eliminating the outer shells, or “chilka.” The goal is to recover as much high-quality rice as possible for additional processing.


Cleaning and Destoning
To make sure the rice is completely clean before proceeding to the next step, it undergoes a second destoning procedure after paddy separa- tion to get rid of any last contaminants.
Polishing with Silk Shine
Modern machinery is used to polish the rice to a smooth, silky texture, guaranteeing a perfect appearance with each grain.


Size Separation
The rice is sorted based on its size to remove both undersized and over- sized grains. This ensures that only the best-sized rice moves forward in the production process, maintaining uniformity and quality.

Finally, the rice is stored in specially designed tanks, with each variety kept sep- arately to maintain optimal freshness. Each batch is automatically packaged with precision, ensuring cleanliness, e ciency, and product integrity.
